Relatives of the minor do not believe in the version that Alexander was accidentally murdered and neither do they accept that only one police officer is involved in the murder.

Due to the facts, Human Rights of Oaxaca urged the state authorities to take actions for the physical and psychological care of the minor’s relatives and to guarantee access to justice in these recurring violations in Oaxaca.
