Assaults on the México-Pachuca highway continue to be recurring for public transport passengers who use this road to get from the State of Mexico to Mexico City to work or to go to schoolespecially from municipalities such as Ecatepec, Coacalco or those who come from Hidalgo.
Criminals increasingly use techniques that require greater care on the part of users, how to store money in various parts of the body or take a used cell phone to avoid theft of the one they use for their work or school activities. On social networks, a video went viral when criminals who did not want coins demanded that they be given only bills.
‘I don’t like coins, I want bills’
With a gun in hand, two men get into a van to assault passengers traveling on the Mexico-Pachuca highway, one of the roads with the most assaults on public transportation.
One of the two climbs up to strip the users of the cell phone and their wallets, while one more remains under the unit with a gun with which he threatens the rest of the passengers. In one of the moments of the video, the assailant who remains below is heard shouting: “I don’t like coins, I want bills!”
The assailant who remains on top of the unit asks users to lower their heads and not look at his face, because otherwise he will do something to them. “Whoever wants to do something to me, I’m going to blow up his…”; “What are you watching me for?”
