Interestingly, the Empty Quarter Desert is considered to be one of the largest deserts in the world, and the desert covers an area of ​​approximately 600,000 square kilometers, and extends approximately 1,000 kilometers lengthwise, while extending crosswise to about 500 kilometers.

The Empty Quarter is found within the Arabian Desert, the arid Arabian Desert, and shrubland areas. Some shrubs and grasses grow in the Empty Quarter, especially in the spring. Because the Empty Quarter is the mouth of the valleys of the Najd and some of the valleys of the Asir, Yemen and Oman, it is widely believed that there is a large reservoir of water under its sands.
