The Super Mario Bros. Movie will have its official cinema premiere on April 5, after a bit of back and forth around the date. In this country, the film will be available both in the original language English and in Norwegian, and now we have had a taste of the Norwegian version.
Via its YouTube channel, Nordisk Film Kino released a trailer with Norwegian voices this week. You can see this at the top of the article.
Christopher Robin Omdahl voices Mario in Norwegian. He is joined by, among others, Victor Sotberg as Luigi, Gulla Nordmoen as Princess Peach and Even Bergan as Toad.
Super Mario Bros. The film – to use the Norwegian title – follows Mario and the gang on an adventure through the Mushroom Kingdom. Bowser – voiced by Jeppe B. Laursen – is up to new mob tricks, and apparently it’s up to a very clumsy Mario to save the day.
Nintendo has also revealed that a new trailer for the film is just around the corner. This will be unveiled in a separate Nintendo Direct broadcast on March 9, from 23:00 Norwegian time.
