32 teams on the men’s side and the same number on the women’s side begin the group stage in the ATG Swedish Cup in late summer.
Right now, 47 out of 64 group stage teams are complete, but there are still some spots left to fill.
In HF Syd, a couple of teams are fighting for the last places.
On the women’s side, for example, Eslövs IK and HK Malmö meet in a double match, the same teams that fought in division one this season, where the former did not qualify – while HKM qualified for the Allsvenskan.
The matches are decided in a double meeting with total goal difference as the deciding factor.
Friday 3 May, 19.00: HK Malmö–Eslövs IK

On the men’s side, IFK Ystad and IK Lågan, as if the former survive the club’s financial crisis, will also qualify.

Thursday 16 May, 19.00: IFK Ystad HK–H43 Lund HF
