América, Chivas, Cruz Azul and Pumas are already in preparation for the 2021 Apertura. The teams concentrated in different parts of the country or in their respective facilities and some of them have already faced friendly duels. Here we give you a summary of their respective preseason and the upcoming matches to be played.

On June 21, Club América began its preseason at its facilities in Coapa, where medical and physical tests were carried out on the entire team, including the reinforcements, later they traveled to the United States, where they will face three friendly matches.
The first game will be played against the runner-up, Santos Laguna, at Rio Tinto Stadium in Salt Lake City on Sunday, July 4.
From Utah they will travel to San Jose, California, to face the Atlas at PayPal Park on Wednesday, July 7. They will end their preseason duels against Tigres at the Alamodome located in San Antonio, Texas, on Saturday, July 10.

The preseason of the Sacred Herd started on June 2, when they performed medical and physical examinations at the Verde Valle facilities, where they trained until June 10 and later continue the preparation in Barra de Navidad, Jalisco.

The University Club reported on the Quarry facilities on May 31, where the pertinent medical and physical tests were carried out. It was on June 20 when they played their first preseason match against Pumas sub-20, which they won by a score of 2 to 0 with goals from Ignacio Dinenno and Juan Pablo Vigón.
On June 25, in the second preparation match they faced Atlante in Cantera, a duel that they lost by a score of 3 to 1, with José González as the scorer.
It will be until July 3 when the University will be active again, facing Atlético Morelia, at the Morelos stadium in Michoacán.
