A new shopping center and a large house and garden shop are to be built in the area where the Auchan hypermarket operated. This is what the Shopp.City center is supposed to look like.
The investment, carried out on the area located at ul. Szosa Toruńska and Południe, will have the formula of a retail park.
A one-story building with 10 shops will be built in a part of the parking lot. The large facility, which previously housed the Auchan hypermarket, is to be rebuilt. It will include a home and garden type market.
There will be a parking lot for about 200 cars next to the facility. The retail park is to be put into use at the turn of 2022 and 2023.
