However, every body has the ability to recognize if something is attacking the body. Because of this, the body fights by using what are known as antibodies. Antibodies that recognize the foreign virus and attack it. Varghese said that the virus is not eliminated by drugs but by the body itself.
The immune system produces antibodies to attack and kill viruses. This also applies when the body is attacked by the common cold virus or other viruses. It usually takes about four days when the antibodies are sufficient to keep up with the viral load. Later there will be a fight between the two.

And in this fight known chemicals are released into the bloodstream as cytokines. This chemical reaction causes the body to have a higher temperature, fever, and body aches. If it is a throat infection then there will be strep throat because the cells in the throat have the highest number of viruses.
