Facing the regional elections on October 29, the National Registry of Civil Status raffled, simultaneously, the position of the candidates on the electoral card for the Governor of Cesar and Mayoralties. The position of applicants for the Departmental Assembly, Municipal Councils and JAL was also raffled.
The draw for Governor of Cesar and Mayor of Valledupar was held at the Departmental Library and at the Paisaje de Sol Events Center, in the presence of party delegates and some candidates.
At 10:00 in the morning the raffle began by the delegates of the Registry in Cesar, who were drawing one by one, the number of ballots with the names of the applicants.
Thus, for the Governor of Cesar, the candidates were in the following position:
