La Konga lives an idyllic present for any artist, even more so for a project that emerged in Villa Dolores. Parallel to the announcement of their first world tour, the band led by singers Nelson Aguirre, Diego Granadé and Pablo Tamagnini had another great treat, this time in New York City.
The three vocalists of the cuartetero group are the protagonists of the cover of the Argentine edition of the magazine Billboard in its February issue. And thanks to that publication, the faces of the people of Cordoba reached a more than special place: Times Square, in New York City.
The classic intersection of Broadway and Seventh avenues is one of the nerve centers of the Big Apple and stands out for a large number of screens and digital advertisements that often promote releases by artists from around the world. Without going any further, Paulos Londra and Zoe Gotusso, also from Cordoba, have already appeared in that iconic corner thanks to Spotify.
In the case of La Konga, it was given from the cover of Billboard in which it is announced: “From Córdoba to the world”. From the social networks of the Cordovan group, they highlighted this achievement as part of a moment of great expansion for the band born in Villa Dolores 20 years ago, and which aims to take off internationally during 2023.
“The cover of @billboardar shines nothing more and nothing less than in Times Square in Manhattan, New York,” they wrote from the band’s official Instagram account. “Our heads break, we are fascinated with everything we are experiencing! Thanks to each of you who make it possible for our dreams to exceed reality.
