A reader fell into the hands of a fraudster because of malware on his computer.
“I argued back and forth with the gentleman for maybe an hour,” said the reader from Schwyz, “he wouldn’t give up.” The sprightly pensioner almost fell for an online scam. Apparently his computer was infected with malware. Suddenly a warning appeared on the screen. The PC has been blocked – due to a hacker attack. But don’t worry, support can help over the phone. In fact, he was a crook after money.
