The Municipality of the City of Corrientes informs residents about the operation of the services under its responsibility for next Friday, December 8, by virtue of the national holiday in commemoration of the Day of the Immaculate Conception of Mary.

The Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development reported that this Friday it will normally provide the waste collection service, both in the daytime and nighttime zones into which the city is divided. Differentiated collection will also be carried out and the Green Points will be enabled.

The City Fairs will carry out the scheduled activity. On December 8, the stallholders will be, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., in the República del Perú square of the Thousand Homes, located on Patagonia Avenue between La Paz and Paysandú, and in the Los Inmigrantes square in the Berón de Astrada neighborhood, located in Correa Fernández and Sarmiento Avenue.

The Shopping Malls located in El Piso, North zone (San Gerónimo neighborhood) and Exvías, will operate normally, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

GUARDS

The General Directorate of Deaths, located at Calle 25 de Mayo 1132 (Municipal Palace), will operate with a guard that will attend, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., only for procedures related to burials, introduction of ashes and urgent transfers.

Meanwhile, the San Juan Bautista cemeteries, in the Virgen de los Dolores neighborhood, and San Isidro Labrador, in Laguna Brava, will open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., for visits and burials.

The Municipal Misdemeanor Court, located at 1100 Artigas Avenue, will also have a guard that will operate from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., exclusively for urgent matters related to the removal of vehicles from public roads.

The Undersecretariat of Tourism reported that the Information Centers will operate according to the following scheme: Plaza Vera and Plaza Cabral, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Terminal, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

As usual during non-working days, there will be guards in the areas of Traffic, Transportation, Urban Police and street sweeping.
