After a rebound in December, house prices fell again in January. Expander and Rentier.io have prepared a report on the situation on the real estate market. According to data published by experts, the rate of decline is still small. For example, the increase in the number of sales offers is noteworthy. This applies not only to new buildings, but also activity on the secondary market.
Will the “First Apartment” program announced for July 1, 2023, under which you will be able to use two options, i.e. “safe 2% loan” and the new formula of the housing booklet, will improve the situation on the market? It is not excluded, especially since thanks to government support, the loan installment will decrease by as much as PLN 2-2.5 thousand per month.
