No first lady in the USA has shied away from the public and shielded her private life as much as she did. But now Melania Trump (54) is spilling the beans.
“He is a real family man. He loves his children,” she said of her husband in her first TV interview in two years Donald Trump (78).

In the conversation with Fox News presenter Ainsley Earhardt (48), Melania gave insight into her first date with the New York ex-playboy. She cleared up claims that her marriage was fake. And she talked about the assassination attempt that he had miraculously survived.
The rare interview was not part of her husband’s election campaign, but rather on her own behalf. The ex-model, who immigrated to the USA from Slovenia, is marketing her book, which will be published on Monday. Meaningful title: “Melania”.
This is how Melania experienced the attack
She first met the former real estate mogul at a party in New York. Melania only revealed: “I didn’t give him my phone number.” The rest can be read in a whole chapter in the book.
On their first date, he drove an hour and a half with her from Manhattan to Bedford, New Jersey, to look at a property. Melania: “He combined the business with our first date. It was beautiful. Because we were alone and there was no noise around us, no other people. Because he was a celebrity back then.”
