The final episode of the series was originally scheduled to be shown on October 17. Janne Puhakka, a former ice hockey player competing in the program, was the victim of a murder in Espoo on October 13.

The district court of Länsi-Uusimaa has imprisoned Puhaka’s ex-partner, Norwegian Rolf Nordmo, 66, on suspicion of murder on the most probable grounds. Just before the final episode, the faithful found out that the rap artist Uniikki, aka Dan Tolppanen, was also chosen as a traitor. In the final episode, Cristal Snow and Janne Puhakka compete among the fraudsters. Among the faithful, before the final episode, Ramses II, Sabina Särkkä, Fatim Diarra, Miisa Nuorgam, Pinja Sanaksenaho and Noora Karma are still participating.

According to Sonja Kari, the producer of the program, the production company has already paid the prize money of the program to the winner or winners before the presentation of the final episode in the fall.

Usually, the jackpot is paid only after the final episode is shown.

– In terms of production, we did not see an obstacle in paying the award in advance in this case, Kari reasoned.
