Behind the high, dense metal fences, strong human dramas unfold. Ukrainians fleeing the horrors of war must come here. 90 percent are women and children. The national arrival center in Råde i Viken is the first meeting with Norway for refugees coming to Eastern Norway. Here they must be registered.
More and more Ukrainian refugees appeared. Then came information and rumors about chaotic conditions, bad food, little hot water, accommodation on mattresses on the floor and contagious stomach infection.
But the press has not let in before this week. The narrow lattice swing door opens.
