Episode 63: The Wedding
The big day is getting closer: While all of Wiesenkirchen is excited about the dream wedding, Sarah is looking forward to the moment when she finally becomes Fabian’s wife. But in the meantime, Fabian is desperately fighting his withdrawal symptoms. He absolutely wants to say yes to Sarah. But on the way to the wedding, he realizes that he cannot meet her in his condition and makes a momentous decision.

Episode 64: Painful realization
Sarah’s concern for Fabian is overshadowed by the shocking truth: Fabian has been lying to her for weeks and instead confided in his ex-wife Alexandra. Sarah wants to stay strong for her daughter Leo, but the disappointment is deep. In a serious conversation, she confesses to Fabian with a heavy heart that after this breach of trust, she does not know whether their relationship still has a future.
Episode 65: The Good Lie
Sarah is torn and doesn’t know whether she can forgive Fabian for the breach of trust. While he is struggling with feelings of guilt and withdrawal, she tries to encourage him by believing in their relationship. But inside, she is in danger of breaking down because of her suppressed feelings. In this agitated state, she unexpectedly runs into Alexandra, the woman with whom she still has a score to settle.
Episode 66: Uncertain future
Isa is relieved that Lukas can be relaxed with her again. Her friends wonder why the two of them don’t just reveal their feelings for each other, since they can hardly hide them anyway. But then Lukas suddenly receives the news that the woman who withdrew money with Doro’s debit card is finally behind bars. This news throws Lukas off balance again, and Isa has to ask herself what all this means for their relationship.
Episode 67: Against Better Knowledge
Isa is amazed at Lukas’ calm reaction when it turns out that the woman at the ATM is not his missing wife Doro. But when this finally offers the chance to find Doro’s remains, his grief over the apparent loss of his wife suddenly breaks out. Isa stands by him and hopes that Lukas will now have the opportunity to finally come to terms with his wife’s death.

The series about Dr. Sarah König is set in the fictional village of Wiesenkirchen on the real Schliersee in Upper Bavaria. The new season begins with Fabian’s recovery from a car accident, supported by his new girlfriend Sarah. Isa returns after twenty years to work in the practice and improve her relationship with her father Georg, and meets her childhood sweetheart Lukas again. Max’s ex-wife Marie tries to get in touch with her son Basti after fifteen years. Episodes 63 to 67, which continue this development, will be broadcast from July 19, 2024.
