JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – The news of the disappearance of 14-year-old Muhammad Gibran Ar Rasyid while climbing Mount Guntur shocked the public.

The reason is that Gibran disappeared for 6 days on Mount Guntur and was only found by the rescue team at around 17.00 WIB on Friday (9/24/2021).

Gibran is a resident of Citangtu Village, Citangtu Village, Pangatikan District, Garut, West Java. He was climbing with his friends.

According to Gibran, since his disappearance, he has never felt night. This was stated in a live broadcast of the Garut Deputy Regent’s Instagram account @kanghelmi_budiman, Friday (24/9/2021) night.

“Day continues, there is no night,” said Gibran.

When asked how he survived for 6 days on Mount Guntur, Gibran said there were 3 women who gave him food.

“There are 3 women who serve food,” he said again.

At that time, Gibran said, he was served food in the form of rice and fish. He claimed not to feel hungry and heard that someone was looking for him while he was missing.

However, Gibran’s father, Alam Surahman (45) said his son when he was found was weak because he had not eaten for five days.

“Because of five days of not eating, his condition is weak. However, thank God I survived,” said Alam at the Tarogong Health Center, quoted from Kompas.com.
