Thanks to a call to CrimeStoppers, the police were able to trace the whereabouts of Frank R James on Wednesday 13 April. James, who was being intensively wanted in the Brooklyn shooting that left more than 20 people injured, was taken into custody near St. Marks Place and First Avenue on the Lower East Side, according to police. If convicted, he would face life in prison.
