“Do you think Russia could really be threatened by some kind of danger, for example, from NATO?” the journalist asked the artist.
“We all know that this is nonsense. From which NATO, Lord? If NATO needed it, everything would have started much earlier, Grebenshchikov noted. – I say:petty people. They are mentally ill. But they have power – and therefore they can destroy, crush with tanks, put in prisons, shoot any person they meet on the street. Anyone.”
According to Grebenshchikov, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared war on Ukraine in order to “satisfy his imperial habits.”
“Apparently, this is so. Since I do not have the honor of knowing this gentleman and will never know him, I cannot speculate about his intentions. I do not know what is in his head. From the outside he looks like a man possessed” , – concluded the singer.
