The Mandalorian reveals a lot more details about little Baby Yoda.
Baby Yoda has a name! The latest installment of The Mandalorian finally gives the hugely cute little green creature a name.
When Din Djarin finally met Ahsoka Tano, we were told the baby’s name: Grogu. The name sounds a bit like that of Yoda, the other green hero from the Star Warsfranchise of which Grogu is a baby. A fifty-year-old baby, that is.

More details
More details were released about the little creature. He appears to have been trained in the Force and lived in the Jedi Temple in Coruscant. There he is according to Ahsoka “by many Jedi masters” trained. By which we do not know.

We also hear that he has been hidden from the universe since the end of the Clone Wars, and that his memories are somewhat vague. That’s why he hasn’t used his Force powers that much. Baby Yoda also has an emotional bond with Din Djarin which is very important according to Ahsoka.
So that promises something for the future of the franchise!
