Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The management of Ratu Plaza Jakarta mall is still looking to lease the vacant rented space assisted by the in-house marketing team and through a real estate agent. Ratu Plaza Mall is one of the malls whose condition is very peaceful, like a “cemetery” until you enter it in 2023.
“The mall hasn’t been quiet, the management is still looking to rent out the empty space assisted by an in-house marketing team or through a real estate agent,” said Shinta Lestari, manager of the mall, in a statement. CNBC IndonesiaFriday (6/1/2023).
As for the factors and causes of the quiet shops at Ratu Plaza Mall, he said, because of them confinement during the Covid-19 pandemic so that visitors decreased and many shops could not continue their business.
Going forward, he said that the management of Ratu Plaza Mall will continue to keep the mall running even though there are few visitors. “There are several potential tenants who want to do business in a mall that has its own concept. This is still under discussion. However, the concept of the mall will continue to be maintained,” she said.
Shinta said that for now the Mal Ratu Plaza concept will continue to be maintained, but did not rule out the possibility of a new concept according to the wishes of other potential tenants which are currently still under discussion.
