JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – SOE Food Holding ID FOOD launches application platform integrated digital distribution of cooking oil, namely Warung Pangan.

Trade Minister Lutfi said the government was preparing several schemes to deal with cooking oil in Indonesia, one of which was the People’s Cooking Oil (Migor) program.
“Currently I am directly reviewing the availability of cooking oil in traditional markets as well as monitoring the People’s Migor Program whose purpose is to ensure the availability of bulk cooking oil at a price of Rp. 14,000 per liter at 10,000 points or markets throughout Indonesia,” said Trade Minister Lutfi in his official broadcast, Tuesday. “This People’s Migration Program is also a breakthrough prepared by the government, through a business scheme of BUMN synergy with retailers or small entrepreneurs so that we hope it can be a solution for the availability of bulk migration at affordable prices,” he continued.
President Director of Food Holding ID FOOD Frans Marganda Tambunan said, platform This integrated digital distribution of bulk cooking oil is in line with the direction of the Minister of SOEs, Erick Thohir, to support the government in maintaining the availability of cooking oil.
He said this application was created to facilitate traders, retailers and consumers in selling and buying cooking oil.
This cooking oil purchase service feature is available in the Warung Pangan application, which is managed by the Holding subsidiary, PT Perusahaan Trading Indonesia, in collaboration with PT Rajawali Nusindo, producers, distributors and Traders Associations.
“So through this integrated application, every trader or retailer of bulk cooking oil will be distributed 200 liters of cooking oil per day from ID FOOD, then the retailer can transact sales directly to consumers online, a maximum purchase of 2 liters of bulk cooking oil for each consumer per day. “The price per liter is also adjusted by the government’s HET, which is 14,000 per liter,” said Frans.

Frans continued that this integrated cooking oil application system also has the ability to: monitoring availability of cooking oil stock at the level of traders/retailers.
