This is already a war: Dongfeng returns a price blow, you can buy a Chinese Lamborghini and Porsche for 100,000 CZK cheaper – Garáž.cz

The British-Chinese MG Motor started a fairly aggressive price war, as it reduced the price of its best-selling MG ZS model to a basic amount of CZK 399,940. In the second wave of the price raid, the price tag of the larger MG HS car went down, falling to CZK 579,900.

The Chinese Dongfeng also volunteered, which reduced its bestseller by CZK 100,000 valid until December 24, 2023. Both the classic T5 EVO model, which is somewhat reminiscent of the Porsche Cayenne, and the Heat Wave edition, which is remotely similar to the Lamborghini Urus.

Both models have dropped to the lowest price for the entire sales period in the Czech Republic, when the T5 EVO costs a special 664,900 CZK, while the canary yellow Heat Wave will cost a special 699,900 CZK. CZK 9,490 for LED lamps and CZK 16,490 for paint/metallization appear in the surcharges.

Who wouldn’t know what it’s all about, the T5 EVO SUV with its design is part of the Dongfeng Forthing family, i.e. in the upper middle class within the manufacturer’s hierarchy. The car has both axles independently suspended, front-wheel drive, four-cylinder gasoline engine 1.5 turbo 130 kW and seven-speed dual-clutch automatic.

Finally, it is worth mentioning the premium. In addition, the 1,000th Dongfeng customer will win a ticket to China and a visit to the Dongfeng brand museum in Wu-Chan.
