Through its official website, Ubisoft reveals a list of incompatible games on the PS5 console. Uniquely, the games that were revealed were not the same as the information that was announced by Sony some time ago.
“Most of our game catalog has compatibility between current and next-generation consoles with a few exceptions,” wrote the Ubisoft blog post. Venture Beat, Monday (2/11/2020).
However, Ubisoft did not reveal the details that make this line of games incompatible with the PS5. However, the compatibility issue does not apply to the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S from the Xbox One.
“On the Xbox Series X / S, all of our Xbox One games will be compatible with the previous version. On the PlayStation 5, all games will be compatible with the previous version, except for the following,” the statement continued.
