This is a dividend leak that indicates dividends from profits for the financial year 2024




Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) revealed the five Indonesian capital market sectors that distributed the largest number of shares until August 9, 2024. KSEI President Director Samsul Hidayat revealed that the sector that was distribution of the most generous portions of the financial or banking sector.

He explained that this sector had distributed total allocations of IDR 58.24 trillion until August 2024. This amount increased compared to the previous year’s value of IDR 50.57 trillion.

“This means that the financial sector will share larger figures in 2024, where half a year will already be higher than a year in 2023,” said Samsul at a press conference for the 47th year of the Indonesian Capital Market, Monday (12/8/2024).

In second place is the energy sector. As of August 2024, the energy sector has paid dividends worth IDR 30.86 trillion. However, this value decreased from the previous year of IDR 56.2 trillion.

Then, the most generous sectors for other shares are industrial, multi-sector and property companies, which were recorded as distributing shares of IDR 7.83 trillion until August 2024. This amount also decreased from IDR of last year 11.79 trillion.

Next, the integrated business sector was recorded as distributing shares of IDR 7.36 trillion in 2024, from the previous year’s IDR 6.88 trillion in 2023.

“This means that this year is much bigger than 2023 because now it is only half a year,” said Samsul.

In addition, the wireless business sector and telecommunication services were recorded as shares of IDR 3.73 trillion until August 2024. This amount also decreased from IDR 4.20 trillion of the previous year in 2023.

In addition, Samsul said that the sectors that issue debt securities and / or Sukuk without a Public Offering (EBUS) mostly come from the financial or consumer financing sector. This sector is recorded to have distributed IDR 23.26 trillion in 2024, down from last year’s IDR 28.77 trillion in 2023.
