TAIPEI, KOMPAS.com – A House which is rumored to be haunted on Taiwan sold for 13.5 million Taiwan dollars (Rp 6.4 billion).
Sales news haunted house was reported by Central News Agency as dilasnir from Asia One, Sunday (22/11/2020).
An agent real estate surnamed Hsieh confirmed the sale of the 4,066 square meter house on Thursday (19/11/2020) last week.

House is located near Yijian Mountain Burial Park in Minxiong, Chiayi County, southwestern Taiwan.
The building itself is a fairly historic house owned by Family Minxiong Liu.
The house is quite old and was built in 1929. The building has three floors in a baroque architectural style with red brick walls, which look pretty and elegant from the outside.

As time goes by, members family Liu moved one by one for some unknown reason until the house was empty.
Because the occupants had left it for a long time, the courtyard and main building slowly became damaged.
Apart from that, there were many rumors that were swirling that there was ghost who continues to terrorize the house.

For many years, the house was called a haunted house by the locals.
Since the information on the sale of the house was released three months ago, many parties have shown their interest in buying the house because of its popularity.
The Chiayi County Cultural Tourism Bureau said the Liu family’s descendants confirmed that they moved because the house was located in a remote area.
