TCL 20 5G reveals its specification and appearance in the leak by Evan Blass. The smartphone will receive a nice Snapdragon 690, above-average space for files and a large battery. With an appropriate valuation in the official Polish distribution, it will be a nice alternative to Redmi, Realme and OnePlus.
The TCL brand has not yet made a home in the minds of technology maniaKs, and its popularity is far from Xiaomi or Realme. However, since their phones are already officially available in Poland, it is worth knowing something about the upcoming models. Especially if they are as interesting as TCL 20 5G.
When it comes to design, the front is just as predictable as any smartphone in 2020. Thin bezels, a hole in the center and a 6.7 inch diagonal. The resolution is solid FullHD +, and the panel is made in LCD technology. At the moment, Evan Blass has not provided information whether there will be a higher refresh rate, which would greatly increase the attractiveness of this model.

When it comes to specifications, the TCL 20 5G is a typical 5G medium. The Snapdragon 690 processor used is a SoC known from OnePlusa Nord N10 5G – nice layout for this shelf. It is accompanied by 6 GB RAM, and the amount of data space – 128 or 256 GB is a plus. All this works under the control of Android 10, covered with a very minimalistic overlay – it’s almost a clean system.
There are three camera lenses on the rear panel. It is a 48 MP main matrix, 8 MP wide angle and a 2 MP macro sensor. It is a pity that they are not arranged horizontally – as in the predecessor, which stood out from the competition. The housing looks matte and hides a 4500 mAh battery. TCL 20 5G has a 3.5 mm jack connector and a fingerprint reader on the side edge.

TCL 10 Plus, the direct predecessor of the new model, it costs PLN 1249 in Poland. If the price of TCL 20 5G remains at a similar or lower level, and the screen will have at least 90 Hz, the smartphone will be a very interesting alternative to Redmi and Realme for those users who prefer more stock Android appearance.
