It is best to eat fruits throughout the year, given that they are full of nutrients and help supply the body with energy, and for men, there is one fruit that should be added to their diet, which is blueberries, as reported by “eatthis”.
Melissa Majumdar, a nutritionist and spokeswoman for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics of America, says that blueberries are one of the foods most packed with antioxidants, and half a cup of them contains only 40 calories, plus they contain the highest percentage of vitamin K, manganese, and the vitamin. But the biggest reason men add blueberries to their diet is because of its heart and metabolism benefits.

Research suggests that blueberries may improve heart health due to its effect on cholesterol levels, and preliminary research suggests that it also helps manage blood pressure.
Another study also shows that individuals who consumed higher amounts of fruits, especially those high in anthocyanins such as blueberries, were associated with a lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
Majumdar says: It is estimated that 23% of men suffer from metabolic syndrome, which is a precursor to diabetes and heart disease. Adding blueberries to our diet can improve health completely.
