“I thank the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office for their good work,” Britney’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart, said in a press release. “This was an outrageous and disgraceful breach of security and I hope law enforcement will do everything possible to ensure that Mr. Alexander is fully and vigorously prosecuted and convicted for his criminal acts. “
Mathew Rosengart also pointed out that the star now has an emergency protection order, which will expire after seven days. This kind of protection order has the same purpose as a regular order but can be put in place more quickly in urgent cases.
