SEPUTARTANGSEL.COM – British biopharma giant AstraZeneca claim, the Covid-19 vaccine which they are developing has generated an immune response in the elderly (seniors) and children.
AstraZeneca who are known to be developing the Covid-19 vaccine in collaboration with the University of Oxford said the adverse response to vaccines among the elderly was also found to be lower.
The good news raises hopes of discovery the Covid-19 vaccine at the end of this year and will be produced immediately to end the global Covid-19 pandemic on earth.

“It is very encouraging to see similar immunogenicity responses (the ability of vaccines to induce an immune response) between the elderly and children and lower reactogenicity (adverse reactions) in the elderly, where the severity of Covid-19 disease is higher,” said a spokesman. AstraZeneca, as quoted by CNBC International, Tuesday, October 27, 2020.
“These results further establish evidence of the safety and immunogenicity of AZD1222,” said a spokesman AstraZeneca, referring to the technical name of the Oxford vaccine-AstraZeneca.
