US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said in an interview with CBS that Russia’s possible exit from the grain agreement with Ukraine will cost Moscow huge diplomatic costs.
“I cannot predict what Vladimir Putin will do, maybe Russia will withdraw from the agreement, maybe it will continue. If they get out of it, the rest of the world will look at it and say that Russia has turned its back on ensuring that the countries of the Global South and Africa, Latin America and Asia can buy the necessary food at affordable prices. I think it will cost Russia a lot of diplomatic costs in the future,” said Sullivan.
According to information obtained by SIA, Joseph Biden’s adviser said that the United States is ready for any scenario and is closely cooperating with Kiev on this issue.
