Two people died and one other was injured in a MINI Cooper car accident numbered B-2600-JBA on Jl Gading Kirana, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. Police said the accident was caused by the driver losing control.
“The driver of Mr. MR’s brother was out of control,” said Head of North Jakarta Traffic and Traffic Unit AKP Edi Wibowo in his statement, Wednesday (2/2/2022).
MINI Cooper’s fatal accident occurred at around 03.30 WIB this morning. car at first MINI Cooper drove from West to East on Jl Gading Kirana.
Arriving in front of the clothing store, the car hit a pot. The driver then lost control and crashed into a power pole at the location.
“Lastly hit a tree and then rolled over,” said Edi.
2 Killed and 1 Injured
It is known that there were three people in the car MINI Cooper when the accident happened. Two of them died and one was injured.
“As a result, the driver, brother, MR, and passenger, brother, MAS, died at the scene, while the other passenger, brother, FOM, was injured,” he explained.
The victim with the initials FOM is currently still being treated. The case was handled by the Traffic Traffic Unit for the North Jakarta area.
