The thirteenth pension in 2023 will be record high due to the March indexation of pensions. Payments of the thirteenth pension will start in March, but the vast majority of beneficiaries will receive their thirteenth pension in April. We checked how much “thirteen” will be this year. Thirteenth pension has been paid since 2019. The amount of the first benefit was PLN 1,100 gross, which translated into the payment of PLN 888 “in hand”. Thirteen this year PLN 250 gross higher than last year. This means that pensioners receiving the lowest benefits, under the so-called on the thirteenth they will receive a pension PLN 1,445.48 net.
