TRIBUNNEWS.COM, JAKARTA – Muswira Jusuf Kalla reported a former Democrat politician Ferdinand Hutahaean and political observer Rudi S Kamri regarding the alleged spread of fake news carried out on his social media accounts.
Muswira who is the third daughter of the former vice president of Indonesia Jusuf Kalla it registers reports to Bareskrim Polri on Wednesday (2/12/2020). The report is registered under the number ST / 407/12/2020 / Bareskrim.

According to Muswira, the post meant teasing which was both uploaded on social media Twitter. He judged the upload to be defamatory and had tarnished his family’s reputation.

On the other hand, this reporting has also become known to the father Jusuf Kalla.

Meanwhile, Muswira’s legal authority Jusuf Kalla, Muhammad Ikhsan explained that the case reported by his client was related to the alleged violation of the ITE Law.
“This is related to ITE. The evidence that we convey is related to slander, incitement, fake news and all kinds. Later the police will determine the results of our report,” he explained.
