For the third construction phase of the electronic interlocking (ESTW) Krefeld, Deutsche Bahn (DB) will continue to convert the old technology to modern digital technology from Friday, May 26, 9 p.m. to Friday, June 9, 9 p.m. During the construction period, the company will produce around four kilometers of cable troughs and five cable crossings between Dülken and Viersen. Furthermore, 30 new signal foundations, three signal arms and a signal bridge will be erected. At the same time, there is exploratory work on the construction of noise protection walls.
