The Boston Celtics basketball players have suffered their third consecutive defeat in the NBA. The best performing team of this season went down in front of the New York Knicks: 117-120. With 35 wins against now 15 losses, the Celtics are still at the top of the East.
Julius Randle led the Knicks with 37 points. With the Celtics, it mainly had to come from Jayson Tatum, who threw together 35 points and grabbed 14 rebounds.
Despite 40 points from Kyrie Irving, the Brooklyn Nets lost to the Detroit Pistons (122-130).
