Detectives from the Investigative Police detected similarities in the modus operandi, the geographical area of the events, as well as the physical features of the victims, the common denominator being that the events occurred in various colonies of that territorial demarcation.
Arturo N was transferred to the Eastern Men’s Preventive Prison, to be placed at the disposition of the control judge who requested him.
