The calendar has certainly not played in favor of the tenants of the Saint-Pierre tower. The OPH managed the district but it merged with the lessor Moselis at 1is September. “Which may have caused some dysfunctions”, regrets the director of Moselis, Eric Michel. “A merger is never easy. However, he assures that his teams, once informed, reacted. “We drew up a purchase order for the cleaning work on September 7, they started on the 10,” he maintains.
It remains to put the place in safety. “We have introduced an insurance approach,” continues the director. The expert must now travel for quotes to be initiated and repairs to be initiated on carpentry, electricity, tiling, etc.
Beyond these eagerly awaited works, the entire renovation of the Saint-Pierre district is planned “for 2022-2023”. But that does not relieve the tenants. “We do not know the timetable,” notes Martial. This inhabitant of the 7e floor and some of his neighbors attended the meeting given last week by elected officials and Moselis to try to be heard. “It’s perlimpine powder,” says a tenant.
