Perseverance is his driving force. In music as in his work as a specialized educator in Luxembourg, Ibrahim Keita never gives up. Heart on hand, the young 26-year-old musician has created writing workshops for young people in difficulty from Près-de-Brouck, in Thionville. “On this occasion, I was able to pass on to them my passion for music and writing. And the Words on Words workshop even allowed them to be able to write and record their own music”, testifies the Thionvillois.
Originally from Sierra Leone, the artist composes music reflecting the richness of his origins. His first album, “Nocturne”, was released in June 2020, shortly after the end of the confinement. This opus mainly evoked his family, his childhood and his desire to succeed. Clips, which Ibra posts on his Instagram account ( ibra_kta ), come to illustrate his compositions. Something to please those who follow him and make a place for themselves in the world of music.

To support him, he can count on the collaboration of Julien AllZeWay, a brother in arms, always ready to be an integral part of his projects. It is not for nothing that he then became its director, producer and manager. Passionate about audiovisual and music, Julien AllZeWay has been making music videos for many artists in the region since 2018.

“Sooner or later”, his second opus composed of eight songs, was released this Thursday, February 9 and promises surprises. This time, Ibra tackles more personal themes: his romantic relationships, everyday problems… “The message I want to convey is that with time, everything ends up working out. With determination, any goal ends up being achieved, ”wants to believe the rapper.
For this EP, which aims to be positive and full of hope, the Théâtre de Thionville opened its doors to him. A perfectly chosen setting to shoot his next clip, and illustrate the cover of “Sooner or later”. Waiting maybe to sing there one day…
