Thionville. The Crauser quay partly closed to traffic this Tuesday, March 30

Started Monday, March 15, the requalification work on the Crauser quay in Thionville will require the closure of the artery in the direction of Place du Luxembourg towards Place de la République, this Tuesday, March 30, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In order to regulate the traffic, two detours will be put in place. The first, intended for heavy goods vehicles, will pass through avenue Clemenceau, boulevard Foch, then allée Raymond-Poincaré. The second, which will concern light vehicles (cars, two-wheelers, etc.), will take the city center via rue Georges-Ditsch and rue de Paris. In order to facilitate traffic, the entry and exit markers on these streets will be lowered throughout the day.

As a reminder, the requalification, scheduled to last nearly two months, is carried out following the modernization of this section, which will eventually accommodate the pedestrian bridge connecting the city center to Thionville station. Lighting, bus stop, roadway, all elements will be modernized.
