Music will be omnipresent during this edition. “22 concerts will be offered on the banks against 8 last year, not counting the Estivales at Parc Wilson”, welcomes Thierry Ghezzi. Another novelty, “the terraces of music”, aperitifs concert on the places Anne-Grommerch and Claude-Arnoult. The artists will perform in a kiosk measuring 4m by 4m, specially created for the occasion by the city’s technical services. First concert on Saturday June 26.
“This year, sport will hold an important place on the banks, in addition to youth activities for 11-17 year olds,” announces the deputy mayor. On the tennis side, a location will be dedicated to the sports activities of the Thionville clubs. A pétanque court will be set up in Napoleon Park, next to the children’s play area. “In the heart of town, activities will also be offered to Thionville residents in order to rediscover the benefits of sport. A book flea market in Puzzle
Culture will not be forgotten either.
