We have learned of the death of Ms. Arlette Mertz, which occurred on Saturday March 12, at the age of 86.
Born Brockhoff on May 30, 1935 in Florange, she lived in Thionville.
Mrs. Mertz had united her destiny with Mr. Joseph Mertz on April 22, 1960 in Thionville and had the pain of losing him in March 2021. The couple gave birth to three children, Patrick, Carole, Christel and five grandchildren, Leïla, Jules, Victor, Emma and Amber. Sweet and generous, surrounded by her family and loved ones, she has always been able to create love, joy and tenderness with her.
The deceased will rest at the Saint-François funeral center in Thionville, from Tuesday afternoon.
A meditation will take place on Friday, March 18, at 3:30 p.m., at the Thionville funeral center, followed by cremation.
