The death of Mr. Jean-Paul Serafin occurred Thursday, April 21, at his home, at the age of 68.
Born December 26, 1953 in Hettange-Grande, retired chef, the deceased lived in Garche. He had married M.me Lucie Schweitzer, on May 24, 1980 in Kanfen, and had the pain of losing her on February 8, 2011. From their union was born a son, Martial. A grandson, Paul, enlarged the family circle.
Mr. Serafin rests at the Saint-François funeral center in Thionville. His funeral will be celebrated on Tuesday April 26 at 10 a.m., in the Saint-Nicolas de Garche church, and followed by burial in the Hettange-Grande cemetery.
