Thionville. Intimidated teacher: the prosecution appeals

Wednesday March 10, the day after the deliberation in the case of the teacher intimidated by a student’s parent, calling into question the teacher’s teaching, the Thionville prosecutor’s office decided to appeal the decision of the judicial court which released the defendant. As a reminder, the public prosecutor had requested against the father of the girl ten months in prison with probationary suspension of two years, the prohibition of all contact with the teacher, the prohibition to appear in elementary school, and the obligation of medical and psychological monitoring. The civil party follows the prosecution by initiating the incidental appeal procedure.
