The neighbor of a brother of four boys has just been sentenced to 5 years in prison by the Thionville Criminal Court. The man was tried for sexual violence, corruption of minors and prostitution against younger brothers. The hearing took place behind closed doors. The accused, now 54, appeared free. But he left the building under police escort to be taken directly to detention.
The investigation reveals that these events would have lasted ten years, from 2010 to 2020, in the Fensch valley. The messages, read on the smallest’s laptop, would have put the chip in the parents’ ear. Then the texts were published. The neighbor immediately recognized the crimes he was accused of. He would start giving money to children in exchange for small services. Once the bond of trust was established, he would go further. He invited the victims to watch porn movies and then act, again for money. He received them in his turn. According to him, the boys were at least 14 years old.
At the time of his release, the accused – married, father of two children – will be subjected for three years to a socio-judicial follow-up with the obligation of treatment and the prohibition to come into contact with the victims that he will have to compensate. If he does not respect this sequel, he incurs another two years in prison. Finally, the court also prohibits him from permanently exercising a professional or voluntary activity with minors. The 50-year-old is now registered in the computer file of sex offenders. He had already been convicted in 2005 for the corruption of minors and the dissemination of pornographic images.
The name of the accused does not seem to guarantee the anonymity of the victims, minors at the time of the facts.
