The municipality of Thionville has just lifted, this Monday, October 25, the veil on the program of the end of the year festivities. The Christmas market will be held from Friday 3 to Friday 24 December, with a different configuration of the places, and a special theme: the tale of Hansel and Gretel.

On the day of the inauguration, Thionville will be placed under the spotlight of the Telethon and those of the city’s sparkling garlands. Are announced: a giant toboggan-toboggan and a labyrinth of 130 m², dedicated to toddlers. The catering offer will focus on Place Anne-Grommerch, where around twenty chalets will be set up. No big parade again this year, but a Saint-Nicolas parade carried by local associations (400 extras) and schoolchildren.
