JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Polda Metro Jaya disclosed the profile of Rangga Tias Saputra or RTS (26), the main perpetrator of the theft and rape of teenage girls at the Bintara home area, Bekasi City.
Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said that RTS had committed 5 thefts. However, this is the first time he has also committed rape.
“Five times this is not all accompanied by rape. That is accompanied by rape in this case alone,” said Yusri, Thursday (20/5/2021), quoted from Kompas.com.
RTS always acts with the help of RP (28) and a recidivist named AH (35) in the five thefts. He also just caught this time.
Previously, RTS often stole items, such as air conditioner (AC) or scrap metal in the house the owner has left.
“When he (RTS) saw that there was an opportunity to commit theft, then there were opportunities such as AC, iron idle in front of the house that can be used as money. Including the latter is also the same. He jumped, he found that the ventilator was indeed damaged, so it entered the victim’s house, ”explained Yusri.
