LONDON – Legend Arsenal, Thierry Henry has revealed that the owner of music streaming service, Spotify, Daniel EK wants to buy Arsenal from Stan Kroenke. The Swedish entrepreneur is willing to spend Rp. 35 trillion.
Ek is a big Arsenal fan and intends to buy the club nicknamed the Gunners. He reportedly wanted to buy Arsenal for £1.8 billion, or around Rp35 trillion earlier this year.
However, current Arsenal owners Stan Kroenke and Josh Kroenke are not interested in selling him to anyone. That’s why the Spotify CEO needs someone to help lobby Stan and Josh.

According to Sky Sports reports, Daniel Ek has asked Henry, Patrick Vieira and Dennis Bergkamp for help in his bid to buy Arsenal and he remains hopeful a deal can be reached soon.

“To get there, you need someone to respond on the other side. It hasn’t happened yet, but we and he are here to support staying.”
