The store owner was surprised by the thief’s act.
In London, the British capital, a thief returned to the scene of the crime to leave a gift for the shop owner – a note and 10 pounds. So he apologized for stealing the ice cream earlier.
Writes about it mirror.co.uk.
Khalil Kurt, owner of two shops in North London’s Crouch End, popular with students from a neighboring school, did not expect an apology from the thief, much less compensation for the stolen ice cream.
One day, he noticed how an unknown person entered his store. When Kurt entered the store, the customer was gone. There was a note on the counter.
In the letter, the guy apologized for stealing ice cream from the store earlier. He also attached £10 to compensate the shop owner.
The author apologized for stealing the ice cream years ago when he was “significantly younger” and taking “full responsibility”.
“I am writing this letter to apologize for my actions of stealing from your store. I wish to take full responsibility for my actions and deeply apologize for the inconvenience I have caused. I have invested £10 to offset the costs of my action I hope you can sincerely forgive me,” the thief wrote.
The store owner was touched by the act of the unknown. He says that he even watched the video from the surveillance cameras, but he could not establish who first robbed him and then apologized.
Recall that a 15-year-old girl wanted to relieve pain during her period and received 10% skin burns.
